RETURN, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY 

1. RETURNS — CLEAR & FAIR​

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • A valid Order ID or invoice is provided.

  • The product passes our quality inspection upon return.

Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.​​

2. SIZE OR COLOUR EXCHANGE — SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY​

If the size or colour ordered does not fit or feel right, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Process:

  • The customer arranges and bears the return shipping cost.

  • After successful quality verification, the replacement item is dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • Forward shipping for the exchanged product is covered by Versatile Aventure.

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a refund or an alternative solution will be offered.

3. WRONG PRODUCT, DEFECTS & ERRORS (OUR RESPONSIBILITY)​

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product.

  • A product with a manufacturing defect.

  • A printing or customization error caused by us.

Then:

  • Both return and replacement shipping costs are fully borne by Versatile Aventure.

  • You may choose between a replacement or a refund, subject to verification.

Please notify us at the earliest with clear images and order details to help us resolve the issue promptly.​​

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE​

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, personalization, or operational reasons:

  • Customized or personalized products (including prints, names, logos, or made-to-order items).

  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • Bulk orders, corporate orders, or discounted bulk purchases.

  • Free items or promotional giveaways.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCESS​

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within the eligible period via:

  • Your Order ID.

  • Whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.

  • A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful).

Once reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Important:
Items sent without prior approval or without following the provided instructions may not be accepted​.​

6. RETURN SHIPPING & QUALITY CHECK​

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where:

    • An incorrect product was delivered.

    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

    • A printing or customization error occurred due to us.

In such cases, Versatile Aventure will bear both return and replacement shipping costs.

All returned items undergo a mandatory quality inspection.
Products failing inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.

7. REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD​

Once the returned product passes inspection:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.​​

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS​

Versatile Aventure reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if:

  • Eligibility conditions are not met.

  • Requests are raised after 14 days from delivery.

  • Evidence of misuse, wear, or alteration is found.​​
