You can start with just 5 piece.
2. Can we mix sizes in the order?
Yes — mixed sizing is allowed in the same order.
3. Do you print copyrighted or trademarked logos?
We can print copyrighted or brand-based designs only if you own the rights, have official permission, or are using it strictly for personal use and not for resale, commercial purpose, or brand imitation.
4. Can I customize the back or sleeves also?
Yes — you can customize the front, back, and sleeves depending on the design and product.
5. What is the price and is any advance payment required?
Pricing depends on the product type, level of customization, and quantity. The final price will be shared along with the mockup for your approval. Once approved, an advance or full payment is required to begin production.
6. How long does production take?
After your design is approved and the advance payment is made, production usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on complexity and quantity.
7. Can I cancel my order after mockup approval?
Yes, you may cancel your order after approval only if customization or production has not yet started. In such cases, the advance payment will be refunded. Once customization begins, cancellation will not be possible.
8. Can I return or exchange a customized product?
Customized Event Order products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically to your requirements. This policy is different from plain products, which may be eligible for return or exchange as per our standard policy.
