1. Can I send the gift anonymously?
Inside the gift — yes, it can stay anonymous.
We won’t add your name on the card, message or packaging unless you want us to.
However, for delivery and courier purposes, sender details are mandatory and will appear on the shipping label for legal and tracking reasons.
If you prefer complete anonymity, we can ship the order to you (the buyer) first. You may then forward the gift to the receiver without revealing your identity.
2. Can I schedule the delivery?
Yes — you can request a preferred delivery date, and we’ll plan the order accordingly.
While we can aim for it to arrive before or around the date, exact day delivery isn’t guaranteed as courier timelines may vary.
3. Do you print copyrighted or trademarked logos?
We can print copyrighted or brand-based designs only if you own the rights, have official permission, or are using it strictly for personal use and not for resale, commercial purpose, or brand imitation.
4. Can I customize the back or sleeves also?
Yes — you can customize the front, back, and sleeves depending on the design and product.
5. What is the price and is any advance payment required?
Pricing depends on the product type, level of customization, and quantity. The final price will be shared along with the mockup for your approval. Once approved, an advance or full payment is required to begin production.
6. How long does production take?
After your design is approved and the advance payment is made, production usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on complexity and quantity.
7. Can I cancel my order after mockup approval?
Yes, you may cancel your order after approval only if customization or production has not yet started. In such cases, the advance payment will be refunded. Once customization begins, cancellation will not be possible.
8. Can I return or exchange a customized product?
Customized Gifting products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically to your requirements. This policy is different from plain products, which may be eligible for return or exchange as per our standard policy.
