• 14-Day Window

  Return or exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility Conditions

  Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Order ID required. All returns undergo quality inspection.

• Damaged / Wrong Product

  Report within 48 hours with images (and unboxing video for transit damage). If approved, we cover return shipping and offer replacement or full refund.

• Size Exchange

  Allowed within 14 days. Customer bears return shipping. Only size replacement (no refund), subject to stock availability.

• Colour / Product Change

  Customer bears return shipping. Price difference payable or adjusted via store credit. No direct refund.

• Non-Returnable Items

  Customized products, bulk orders, used/washed items, and free promotional items.

• Refunds

  Processed within 3–4 working days after approval to original payment method. COD refunds via UPI/bank transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our error.
